Individual Adult Therapy
Virtual individual therapy for adults across Nova Scotia supporting anxiety, OCD, stress, burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, ADHD, Autism and personal growth. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals within a supportive, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming space.
Individual Adult Therapy
Life can feel heavy in ways that are difficult to explain.
Sometimes people come to therapy because anxiety has become overwhelming.
Sometimes it is burnout, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, intrusive thoughts, emotional exhaustion, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
Other times, there is no single “big reason.” Something simply feels hard, stuck, or unsustainable.
Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore what you are carrying and what you need moving forward.
My approach is collaborative, client-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming.
Therapy is tailored to your needs, goals, and comfort level.
Some sessions may focus on practical coping tools and nervous system support, while others may involve deeper reflection, emotional processing, identity exploration, or understanding long-standing patterns.
There is no expectation to have the “right words” or to arrive with everything figured out.
